If this company intends to raise other $100M capital,
all list above will become no good. However, ususlly
a company will not issue stock at low price. Just
like APWR, it did not raise capital until it hit
$21.

It is clos to end of downside. If you look at "Full
stochastics" indicator, it lands on the bottom.
The 70 avg price is $7.04, 144 avg price is $7.13

Not too many buyers for CSR. I guess CSR will bounce
back slowly through Feb. If the 4th Qtr earning is
really good, then we will see above $10 in March.

You have too high expection. As it estimated 2009 EPS
would be around $0.98, and the first three quarters
it has total $0.58 EPS, so the 4th Qtr will be $0.40
about.

CCS do not need good PR. Its CFO is a Singaporean,
and most institutional stock holders were from Singapore,
so they know each other very well. They know that

Everything could happen in this world. If CSR directly
drop to $5.00 in this run, I would not buy it anymore
becuase it is very bad. However, I will hold and sell
it at $20 in June 2010.

144, 70 days avg, and then headed to hill. Same situation
for CSR, why? it is time. Mar 2010, it will release
