companies will usually announce their schedule ahead
of time. longs just need to be alert and be patient.

lots of short selling occurred between 11.5 and 15.5.
Once the price rises well above 11; we'll see
more and more shorts get margin calls and forced to
buy cover...

an interesting scenario i'm speculating: with 23%
short percent of float, any small buying pressure
from the speculators on the long side can trigger
a reverse domino effect...
