I voted "yes" on SRO liquidation from my e-mail notices from my brokers. I made a profit on SRO and SRQ because of the liquidation. The 20% discount plus the gain on real estate stocks...

You may not apply for a tax extension from IRSA Inversiones Repres. (IRS); but IRS may send you a check of dividend soon if you hold IRS ADR. By the way, you may also get profit on the IRS stock, but you have to pay tax on it.
