I have given up trading DRN for the moment. I prefer
DRV, using it as a hedge against the REIT stocks I
trade daily. I somehow managed to make a minute amount

January Dividend
Anyone notice that this month's dividend has a
ROC of $.01 or 23% of the total? That's not good
news for those expecting IGR to increase its dividend
in the near future.

There's a guy around here who's in a similar
situation, but with DRV. He's in at something
like $18.60/share. I think you'll be just fine
at $140 and should be able to sell soon.

We tested support around $134 several times today and
didn't break through it, so that's positive.
I think DRN will head upwards of of $145 by the end
of the week, but feel strongly that the days of..
