Not an options expert. Someone may have taken out that
large options contract in March for the puts as protection
for their investment. The put contract went through
in the $2.90s, I believe...

Could be for a retail investor. UBSS is the market
maker (often) for Schwab. I know b/c I trade through
Schwab and sometimes my bids show up as UBSS (but
not the ones for 25k+ shares :-))
