You should have been paid par for the August bonds.
They will not come after these payments, because the
contract for them was well in advance of the 90..

The 2.5% for the common was only in the exchange option.
However, bondholders decided that they would rather
prepack the company. The common and the Pfds get zero.
They will be wiped...

If they were going to pay (which they will not), they
tachnically have until Monday. DTC (the payment system)
is not open until then. Maturing on A sunday just
gives them another day...

they have until the next business day to pay you.
So theoretically they could get you the cash on monday.

Oaktree, Silverpoint and Paulson) have the ability
to buy 60% as you suggest. Do the math, 40bn in debt
x 60% (your number) x average price of 55% = 13.2
billion...
