I assume you are looking at PE ratio in terms of valuation.
Real estate companies cannot be valued this way because
of their large depreciation expense.I would look at
FCF...

assets for less than what the market thinks they are
worth? Towers with 3-4 tenants...

Visa has 779M shares outstanding. 449M class A common.
The difference is in class B and C, which cannot be
transferred until 2011. Not sure why etrade only
recognizes...
