report says historical there isn't much price
change in the underlying index. preferreds have had
an annualized 7.4% return historically. Business & Finance > Investments > Stocks (A to Z) > Stocks I > iShares S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index (PFF)
Preferred Stocks This ETF would actually hold up better if they added
more stable Preferreds like REIT Preferreds. I see
only a few like Prologis. PFF is currently getting
