finally sold
Just sold out my shares. I may buy shares back when
I have an account that can trade TSX stocks. But right
now no idea what would happen to my account if I hold.
How do you...

Re: Delisting price
There is no such thing called delisting price. You
will end up holding stock that can only trade in TSX,
not in NYSE.

Re: why FFH leaving NYSE
That's a special way that Watsa says "thank
you" to his supporting US share holders.

Re: Prem, will US shareholders be better served?
I think more than 90% US people don't have account
that can trade Canadian stock. This kind of action
by Prem is definitely not for US shareholders.

Prem, will US shareholders be better served?
If yes, how? By holding something that cannot trade?
Or dump the shares in panic? At the time you listed
FFH in NYSE, it is us THE US SHAREHOLDERS supported
you. And now...

What is so positive about ACF/JEF
I don't understand much about these two companies.
About 1/3 of LUK's asset is ACF/JEF. Can anyone
here enlighten me why these two are such good values
in this market?

Re: question about book value
Thank you for your reply. If the tax due is included,
FFH looks really cheap at this price.

question about book value
Has the book value take account of the tax to be paid
if the investment sold? For example, if FFH sells
BNI now, will the book value drop due to tax paid?
Thanks

For a small premium, CHK is taking big risk for it.
Now they are removing it with big lose (see the significant
hedge change). If CHK just do simple swaps to smooth
profit out, it is...

Where did you get $3\~4B market value? The notes
has no current market value as there is no market
for it to trade. Assume FMG will have $100B revenue
from now to 2019, LUK will collect 100B * 4% = $4
