risk on commercial real estate. The degree of risk
depends on its historic loan...

sell CATY and add more EWBC. EWBC projects profitable
2nd half of 2010, almost $3.65/share. 50% of EWBC's
portfolio going to be backed by FDIC...

FDIC guaranty 80% of its assets. This is a great deal.
That means FDIC will absorb another 1 billion before
EWBC take any hit. Besides that, EWBC already raise
$500 million to back it up.

for EWBC will be so large that CATY will not catch
up. CATY is too conservative. Market cap will remain
