the correlation numbers. You're link is using
60-day correlation. In that span, my calculations
put it at about 60...

of 2.0x and is currently at 1.93x (RTI/TIE). That's
a 35% retracement from 2.67x just 2 months ago. TIE
is now slightly expensive to RTI.
