at 18.x and fdo with zero debt and stupidly buying
back their shares trades at pe of 13 for last 12
months.

I guess. Because some moron idiot bought huge amount
of Dec 2009 and Jan 2010 30 calls and i think mm's
want to pin this down below 30 until then. Also shorted
heavily at 30 to 34 range i think.
