company does not have to report
I know investors say a company has 4 days to report,
but they do not have to report at all if they do not
want to. Here's an example, Neurometrix(NURO)
had the FDA approve their ASCEND device on 09/03.

great article, and shows the huge potential of this
technology, no doubt NEPH could be a $10.00-20 stock

a decent profit, I see it's down to .037 again.
