If you read the actual contract I don't think there
is any question and neither did my attorney. The problem
is that they have a whole room full of attorneys that
do nothing but fight and in all honesty...

soon as I went to work for another agency even copying
in the CEO. That came from corporate. After that corporate
told the PCM to lay off...

I was a producer with over $800K in revenue. The book
was absorbed by the PCM and another producer. The
problem is that they have all the internal legal staff
available and little old me can't fight that.

I do know that Lex is the first line carrier for the
Public Entity Trust (PGIT) in FL. This may have a
