Didn't see this the 1st time: By regulation (18
C.F.R 385.2007), the deadline for filings due on Feb.
5, 2010 moves to 5:00 p.m. EST on the next day FERC
is open.

Tres Amigas - Feb 6 deadline
Very interesting article on Tres Amigas. Did you know
FERC must rule on the Tres Amigas application by Feb
6th, 2010? By law, FERC must rule on the Tres Amigas
application within 60 days of the filing...

might do it once in a blue moon... but you will never
