-their pipeline is worth 300-400 a share, (a little
under 3-5 a share) -their CF was .68, last quarter...
or 2.72x a (12-14 multiple..VRX has 25% rev growth!!)
so (32.64-38.08) =a VRX value range of between 35.64
& 43.08...

customers growth and the fact that it has 160m of
gross loans and 30m of debt. so you have 130m of
non-leveraged...
