shares in september 2009. that shows a desperate financing
bc it was also completed at a low price (4,60 $).

after my research they will incur about 2,5 million
$ in Q4. this means almost 0,10 $ loss per share in
Q4. this charge along with the 10% dilution makes
me think that the 2009 eps will be less than 0,90
$ finally. we will see.
