makes it worth another 38%. So...the 3/31 pfd C div

on a downward slant. So...if you like it or not...the
4th quarter might in actual terms...be close to break

Its been several months since ras tickled 1.50. My guess is that the recent redemption
and positive cash flow should give ras a bit of a
kick....maybe to around 1.65. Think positive you
