Should I sell? Merger price 28.50... Price right now...28.80. Will
the merger price go up? I guess I don't get it...what

Is this what we want? I'd like to see a bit more for these shares from
PEP. PAS is a solid company with a nice growth track.
Smooth and steady growth, nice div yield...etc. I

Maybe the PAS and Whitman mgt is finally getting its act
