What ever bad news you are talking about, its priced in here at price to book of 0.40 (60% below book value). If that risk were not there, the stock would be selling at $10.

Fine, I'll be happy with $0.20... Still better then the $0.18 in stock I was getting from LXP... Besides that LXP book value is at $8, while KCAP at $11, and KCAP valuation is more accurate then LXP ...

Had the chance today of switching to KCAP... Sold all my LXP at $4.20 and bought the same amount of KCAP for $4.51... It's already at $4.76... That move was a no-brainer... I rather have KCAP...
