based on their 2008 form 10k, the NOL carryback will
be about $200 million which means $70 million cash
refund ie ~$2/sh. the amount could be higher if the
2009 tax loss is higher...

I am about 100% certain the potential tax refund is
going to be $139 m if they carryback their fye 2008
available losses. this is the fed NOL DTA separately
stated in their tax footnote...

- it is the tax effected NOL recorded as a DTA (see
tax footnote) and I simply assumed they have enough
