So funny how this deal made so much sense when APKT
was around $25-$27 mil a qtr and Sonus was doing $70-$90
mil a qtr...now it makes no sense? They are in same

blog where he posted Sonus was a VoIP 1.0 and APKT
was VoIP 2.0. The future remains to be seen..but at

Guideance of full year '10 rev of $350 is very
conservative (they have it booked). Non-Gaap eps of
$2.30 will grow unless the bottom falls out of the
market. PE of 20 = $46 PE of 30 = $57.50 They have
set the bar pretty...

75%+ margins..gin that cash. $.28/sh non-gaap..heck
if flat eps for the year at a 20 multiple that's
$22.40...growing EPS..this should be $25 today.

straight up. 2010 eps estimates of $.46 to $.50 w/
15 PE...is $7.50. Another qtr and fwd eps is $.70,
then $1.00...so looking...
