XTO is a fairly nice asset...
It will be a great company to own. A little pricey.
But XOM doesn't really care about price. They
want the assets right now. The $$ producing assets
mean more than cash.

long term this will do fine. short term, Tillerson
should have told the Board to wait. They pressured
him to acquire. eh, it's OK. But the stock will
suffer here. Buy XOM at $65-67 if you can get it.
