fund available. If you cashed out of the Franklin
Income Fund and that cash stays...

It sounds like "buy more at a discount price"

It sounds as if you have my investment advisor. Mine
gave me the same spiel and wished me to invest when
the NAV price was $2.52. You can see that the Nav
price is now $1.97 with more pain on...
