---the last quarter numbers were not good. So once
again we have a lack of buyers. And with no buyback/dividend
announcement to support the stock, it could be a long
time before any return.

---the tax implications are that the difference in
price between his exercise price and todays close
is considered income in 2010. Thus he must pay the
income tax on that amount.

is you will be able to buy TCCO at its book or below

---jackson - we get nothing from VXGN on the no vote.
Unless that is they liquidate their company within

---I think you are over estimating the amount of cash
