Come earnings announcement time, they'll guide
up an upside surprise and this will justify higher
share price even with the issuance of more shares,
the increase in guidance will cause absorption of
dilution.

I can't believe the govt will sell all its shares
and plunge C stock price. It makes no sense, it will

Similar to last offering
For any of you that got in Citi when it was around
2.59 at the end of July, there was a conversion from
preferred to common then as well.. The price hovered
around three for weeks...
