Just take a look at the chart. Since 2007 follow the
chart to .20. It bounces from .20, but it certainly
did not bounce to anywhere near the 2007 high. Now
look at the pattern. You still are getting...

RAD is no different than GM or Cat. They are attempting
to keep their head above water by cutting back. Every
time RAD closes a store, they send probably 30+ to
the unemployment...
