Dude we'll see 11 no question, i just don't

Yea due to PDUFA act, FDA has a maximum of 6 mos to
issue a response to JAZZ on the approval status -
1 of 3 outcomes are possible: Approved, Approvable,
and Not Approvable. Hardly anybody...

Not true! Once they submit the NDA (New Drug Application)
the FDA had 6 months to review the information and
declare the decision. It almost always is 6 months
to the week, b/c FDA is so...
