Read the company's balance sheet. Cash per share
is $0.16; $19.5 million divided by 123.5M shares outstanding.
The Yahoo! figure comes from the computer adding in
the value...

The stock dips on the ex-date (which was 12/28 or 29,
I forget). The dip here has nothing to do with the
dividend -- it's long been assigned, just not
yet paid out.
