$100MM/yr contract roll-off on the NY CCGT in 2012?
Also, NRG surprised investors with an announcement
of a $125MM increase in coal transport costs...

had little additional upside. That statement alone

Well, if you had looked at the presentation, you'd
find that the EBITDA for those assets was going up
in 2010 to $140MM in EBITDA. In the end, LS Power
paid...
