I thought Nevada Geo had a bad loan at 14% but Razers
deal at 15% plus 50% of ownership plus rights is terrible.
I don't see how Razer can make this work for their
shareholders.

demand or economics of Geothermal over the short or

If you are calculating earnings and not cash flow you
need to take out depreciation which is a big item.
I can't tell if you've taken out royalties
and downtime.
