what about if banks need more capital and the goverment
says NO, and banks have to convert these pref to equity,
PGF will be safe as you are saying?

Let's look at it from another angle, politically
is not such a good idea to suspend the dividends on
prefs, this would scare investors for long time, and
created huge disrruption...
