This is very good indeed since many companies want B&W but are reluctant to pursue
do to McDerm. business. I'd guess B&W will get
bought within 1 - 2 years. These are hard companies

Seems like the Sun Edison employees are making out like a bandit at the expense of the
shareholder. At least that's my read. I know a
lot of employees that would love to have the package

Now that the dirty work is over any thoughts on what we can get for the business? The
intellectual property (patents) have to be worth at
least a 100M. The business itself, even at 1X sales
