Trouble for AMB property...
Very, very bad news for AMB. It doesn't matter
that they have high occupancy/low vacancy. If tenants
can not pay their rent...they will default on leases.

...it may go that low...so buy then...and hold for
a very logn time...it's a good stock for the long-term...but
for the near/mid term (next 6-12 months), things will
be tough for this stock...

Wells Fargo was a strong "West of the Mississippi"
bank. They did NOT have to buy Wachovia, they did
NOT have to become a national bank in saturated east
coast markets...
