Here is the trade. Buy VWEHX (or your preferred junk bond fund) in a non-taxable
account. Buy TWM in a taxable account. You need about
2500 of TWM for every 10000 of VWEHX. (the Russell
2000 and junk bonds have a very high correlation).Now
