My theory 1. Part of decline was the same as all the
other china stocks, a macro/market thing 2. The other
part was a big seller - you can see they started late

Yep, also SHE and LLEN and others....I agree it is
related to the china-tightening news, but also related
to overall fear/panic of big correction...which really

From where I sit they only have Accounts Payable and
their preferred stock liability. A lot of capital
expend went to construction for new capacity, but
that seems almost over Lastly, their free cash...
