I recall USL buying on second Friday of each month
and since the early 2009 contango disaster at USO
they have spread out the buying over 4 days up to

Oil up 3% last two days and USL has not moved.....sure,

FYI, from peak: oil down 78%, USO 80%
First to admit past few days (especially Friday) have
been brutal but with that said USO has tracked the
oil fall from $147 a barrel very well.
