I agree absolutely. Keep in your mind what happened
with the 2-g technology and 4g technology. Telcos
didn't deploy it. The market bypassed the technology
and went directly to 8g(SAN) and 10g telcos. It can

Oclr is that 1) Their GAAP and nonGAAP gross margins
are very close. 2) Their pro forma earnings (losses)
are very close to GAAP earnings...
