Just keep in mind that the yield you calculate is based
on BOOK value and the stock is trading at a very significant
discount to book, thus raising the yield if you buy
at current PPS...

for 4+ months. If you didn't know this from before,
you need to learn to do DD. They raised 47M from the
warrant exercise, roughly 20-21MM will go...
