?? Quarterly LOSS went from $2.63MM to $2.922MM. They
had profit in one quarter like 4 years ago, and that
was due to accouting treatment of Smart agreement,
and you know the company made a lot...

Where is proxy?
It's almost end of Nov and company has not filed
proxy statement or no mention of annual shareholder
meeting. I know it's practice that they don't
allow Q&A but doesn't the SEC require these..

Sorry, what August quarterly report are you referring
to? Last 10Q was for June... is there something out

Do you mean Gary Starr? If so, he's a really smart
guy, a bit cooky but definitely valuable. I didn't
