Well looks like we had very high volume (for PEI) late
in the afternoon.....someone wanted out of 500K shares.
IMO - its one afternoon and since there is no news
its just a fund that...

Even though its a one time event the explosion in Conn
at a natural gas power plant isn't good......as
NG tries to gain more of a foothold in terms of public
policy this will be used to continue to favor coal
over NG...

Need to add capital gains (or ordinary income) tax
to your thesis!! If you bought at $5 and sold at $10
then you will be sending at least .75 to Uncle Sam,
and if you bought just 5...

I would doubt we are a takeover target, due to the
amount of debt that we have to refinance......once
that is done it would come down to a simple cash flow
calculation. But even then I don't see...

Its kind of strange to jump to 100% payout and then
