what is also concerning is the lose of the credit line,
the owe $1.8m on it and its due on Nov 15th......will
they have money to pay this...i dont know....

If you read the Prospectus it talks about that if they
dont raise this money they will have to cease operations
or file for protection....and also they talk about
selling off some of their...
