Depending on how you define uptick, company buybacks
cannot exceed last sale price. BTW, SLP repurchase
program doesn't begin until next Monday, Feb.

Setup looking more potent by the day. Watching now
for: 1: a close above the 50-day MA currently @ 3.20
2: a close above 3.30 that will negate the type 2
RSI divergence. BTW, anyone notice the 2nd biggest
volume day...
