Problem is their product portfolio lacks anything with
long term growth potential - they are BORING - hence
that's why they only grow at 10 or 20% annually.

Who would buy this sink? ROI is going to be waayyy
low for an institution - no private investor will
touch it. LBO is out. Acquisition by a strategic makes
