raises by several MLP's have not been used to
make distributions, but reduce debt. Costs of production
are not...

Finally, both EROC and XTEX will have substantially
lower debts when they start to distribute, and I adjusted
as best I could for that, EROC by $167M (the remainder
of management's goal) and XTEX by $120M...
