i don't get it... even if the street is overly
optimistic and street earnings come in at only 2.50
or 2.60, with the company reinvesting excess profits
back into the business, then the stock is dirt...

the company will save 350bps. Assuming $360m o/s at
year end, that equates to around 38cents of accretion.
based on 13x target eps...
