RCL doesn't own Labadee, they lease the beach area
from Haiti which IS the country Labadee is in! They
lease the dock space they built the dock in and most
of what they pay ends up in corrupt...

NOT filled. Plenty of press were onboard, lots of
hype. Negative reports coming in...
