It is really quite simple. The B share and everything
about it's make-up split 50/1. The B share multiple
will change by 50/1 and it will now be 1,500/1 compared
to the A share value before the specialist steps
in.

Why would anybody pay $2.56 per share when you can
get them for $2.50 plus a warrant for 1/4 share good
