1.  Re: Where do we go from here...
Because you believe that the situation will turn around and that a few years hence, this will prove to have been a smart investment at these prices. Buy low, sell high, get it? Of course, there...

3.  Re: Distribution cut
It seems to me that the best case scenario is that they can hold this distribution level until they have to convert to a corporation. Once they convert, the distribution gets cut again. I think praying for a...

They have an enormously complicated hedging strategy; let's hope that it works.I think a bigger short to mid-term threat will be the impact of falling electricity...

7.  Re: Its always rather bizarre....
It's a bad day for MLP's generally with some down as much as CPLP or more. Not sure how much of today's downdraft relates specifically to CPLP or is really more sector related.

10.  Re: Caution warranted
Massivad,Actually, I think that we are in complete agreement. I chose $7 or below as my price point for additional accumulation; but any such target is by nature arbitrary. If the unit price gets into the low $7's...

I hope you are right. I originally bought at $7 and would love to add at that price. For me this is a long-term holding and not a trade.

15.  Re: Great News - We weren&&39;t sold cheap
I don't think we can assume the distribution is secure. The dist. coverage is tight and a decline in oil prices could pressure it further. More importantly, LGCY's loan redetermination decision...

18.  Re: LINN Gets Big Boost from Barrons
Beyond hedging levels, there is a fundamental difference between LINE and LGCY. I believe that LINE gets most of its revenue from nat. gas while LGCY gets most of its revenue from oil.
