with this question. Does FE issue a 1099-DIV or a

I bought more XOM at $69.99 and sold the February 70's.
This is in addition to my present covered call situation,
where I bought at $69.64 and have a Jan 70 on it.
If the stock ends...

I with totally with you in the bullish camp - but I
suspect the stock is being held down because of the
XTO arbitrage. Once this is behind us, we might see
recovery of the price back up to the low...

Are you long the Jan 70 Call, or are you in a Covered
Call position? If you are long the call, my guess
( its only a guess, like everyone else ) is that the
call will expire worthless. XOM...

I would expect that the strike price of $60 was chosen
to support the dividend stream, so there should be
no effect on the dividend amount even though oil goes
way above the strike.

FAX issues a 1099-DIV. It is not a MLP, so you do not
need to worry about K-1s.
